VP, Operations Japan
Koichi Kikkawa is the VP of Operations Japan for Essex Solutions, a role he assumed after serving as VP of Global Operations since April 2023. Kikkawa began his career at Furukawa Electric in 1990 as a process engineer in Japan, and he played a key role in the development of the HVWW® business during the 2017 European joint venture between the two companies. He later served as Director of Global Operational Excellence across Europe, Asia, and Japan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansai University in Osaka, Japan.
